Medical travel

This Step by step list explains what you need to provide us before visiting the clinic in Kaunas and how we will help you each step of the way.

Prior to your arrival
1. Fill-out the Initial Enquiry Form

2.  Our staff will read over your form or email and reply to you by email with any follow up questions we may have about your case to best fit you with the right treatment plan.

3.  We will email you your proposed plan with the approximate expenses for your treatment.  Once you are at our clinic, if additional treatment is requested, separated prices will be billed then.

4.  Once you accept the proposed plan, tell us when you would like to come and for how long.  Our staff can help you with your travel questions about places in Lithuania and with making reservations for hotels, spas, resorts, camping, or anything you can imagine.  Whether it be shopping top stores or buying from local independent shops, dinning in fine Lithuanian restaurants or small local places only "the locals" know, exploring a castle or going to the beach or park, what you fancy we can help you find it.

5.  You book your flight to Kaunas or Vilnius, then inform us about the exact date of your arrival.  Here are the European airlines that fly to Lithuania,

6.  Choose a hotel/hostel from the options on our website and we will be glad to make reservations on your behalf.

7.  Bring all your medical records (case history including a blood type certificate).


On your arrival
1.  Our driver, free of charge, will meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel.

2.  On your arrival day our driver will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the clinic where you will be interviewed and examined by a specialist, or referred for treatment.

3.  Our specialist will make you a schedule for your medical treatments.  Depending on the type of procedure and your personal preferences we will help organize your leisure time.

4.  After all clinical treatment(s), make payment by cash, in Lt (Lithuanian litas) or € (Euro) (1€ = 3.45Lt) or $ (1 Dollar = 2.63Lt).  Since our clinic is downtown there are ATM machines nearby. 

5.  Our driver, free of charge, will drive you to the airport to catch your flight home.

6.  After your return home, please feel free to contact us any time you need for our advice or assistance.  We hope you come back to Lithuania!!
