The most attractive memorial site in Lithuania is the Hill of Crosses near the city of Siauliai. For more than a hundred years and for a variety of reasons, people have been erecting crosses there. Nearby are majestic pine tree woods with trails that will take you along traditional Lithuanian wood cravings. You can watch sunsets from the bridge or saunter in the beautiful Amber Museum.
